The Paintings

A selection of oil paintings inspired by the farm, the river, and quiet introspection of everyday observations.

Subjects range from still life studies to Plein-Aire scenes on the farm. Others are shaped by direct observation, memory and mood. My art is personal yet universal enough to be enjoyed by many.

I was fortunate enough to have studied drawing and painting at the Los Angeles Academy of Fine Art with David Leffel, Kate Sammons, Manny Cosentino and Regina Lubovnya. 

Recently, the Yorba Art Gallery in Sutter Creek chose to include several of my paintings and drawings for their Winter Gallery “Salon” show.
